Analisis Dampak Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Kesehatan Mental Mahasiswa

Media sosial telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan mahasiswa. Penggunaannya memberikan berbagai manfaat, seperti mempermudah komunikasi, akses informasi, dan pengembangan jaringan sosial. Namun, penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan juga dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswa, seperti kecemasan, stres, depresi, rendahnya harga diri, dan gangguan tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan media sosial yang tinggi berhubungan dengan meningkatnya risiko gangguan kesehatan mental. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penggunaan media sosial yang bijaksana dan edukasi mengenai kesehatan mental bagi mahasiswa.
